Thank you for shopping at Jewelry Capable LLC ("we," "our," "us"). We want you to love your jewelry purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Window

30-Day Limit: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Expiration: Requests made after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted for a return or refund.
2. Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a full refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

Condition: The jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging, including any gift boxes, pouches, certificates of authenticity, and tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Exclusions: Custom-made jewelry, personalized engravings, and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Return Process

Request a Return: Email us at jewelrycapable@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Review: We will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with the return shipping address.

Ship the Item: Package the item securely. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Inspection and Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned piece.

Approval/Rejection: We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Processing Time: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment via our Wix payment gateway. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5–10 business days).
5. Damaged or Defective Items

Immediate Notice: If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jewelrycapable@gmail.com with photos of the damage.

Resolution: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
