Pierced Ear Protectors (Allergy Shield)

Use these allergy shields on the hook or post part of your pierced earrings so you can wear your favorite designs. You will have "peace of mind" knowing that the metal post or hook will not irritate your skin.
 
If you use them with post earrings the sleeve will need to be trimmed before sliding it onto the post.
 
The package comes with 4 pairs of polyethylene sleeves and two pairs of backs (8 sleeves and 4 backs)
 
Clean them with alcohol before each use and they will last you about a dozen uses before you will have to change out the sleeve part and dispose of the old one.

You can also keep piercings open in a nearly invisible way by putting one of the empty sleeves in a piercing by itself.
 
They are intended for earrings with posts no more than 20 gauge in thickness.
